Laminators Incorporated Introduces Its Dry Seal Installation System

Laminators Release 0909 - Dry Seal Installation System Photo

Hatfield, PA – Laminators Incorporated introduces a new Dry Seal Installation System that can be used when installing its Omega-Lite® aluminum composite material (ACM) panels.

The Dry Seal Installation System features a “deep reveal” look similar to the company’s Rout & Return system, but relies on gravity to remove water instead of sealing the joints with caulk.

In addition to alleviating the need for caulking the joints, Laminators’ Dry Seal Installation System was designed as a high-performance, pressure-equalized rainscreen wall (PERSW) system that results in a balance of differential pressure on the inside and outside faces of the exterior cladding, compartmentalizes the air cavity, allows water and moisture to drain from the system reducing the chance for moisture related issues, and allows air to enter to dry out the wall cavity, while preserving the insulation values.
