Hatfield, PA – 10-50 Jackson, at the intersection of Jackson Avenue and Vernon Boulevard, the two main arteries that service Long Island City, is a luxury condominium that is helping to transform Long Island City into one of the most exciting new locations of urban life in the New York Metropolitan Area.

The 20-story building was designed by Gene Kaufman Architects, a New York City firm that specializes in urban design.  Known for their use of distinctive and innovative exterior materials, the architect selected Omega-Lite® ACM panels, manufactured by Laminators Incorporated in Hatfield, Pennsylvania.

The exterior cladding consists of 42,000 square feet of Omega-Lite ACM panels in Bright Silver and Sierra Tan.  The panels were installed using Laminators’ patented Clip & Caulk installation system.  Using this economical installation system allowed the installers to fabricate the panels on-site without the need for costly shop fabrication.

Vantage Partners, a joint effort of Emmy Building Company and The Lions Group, was the builder and developer on the project.  The members, all of which are fulltime builders, have continuously been in the New York City Metropolitan Area for over 40 years.  The panels were supplied by A-Porcel Trading Company located in Bronx, New York.
