Hatfield, PA – With less than eight months to design and construct the 84th Avenue Medical Office Building in Westminster, CO, Locus Architects and the design-build team at Starker Construction Company had to be efficient from the start.  With best practices and streamlined processes, the team not only completed the project on time, but also received the McGraw-Hill Construction / ENR Colorado Construction Gold Hardhat Award for Outstanding Design-Build Project.  Judged by a panel of industry experts, the project was chosen based on its design quality and innovation, construction challenges, and overall excellence, as well as additional criteria.

The 18,000 square-foot kidney dialysis center and doctors’ offices feature an entryway clad with 2,010 square-feet of Bright Silver Omega-Lite ACM panels, manufactured by Laminators Incorporated in Hatfield, PA.  The Omega-Lite panels were fabricated on-site and installed by Sondrup Sheet Metal of Englewood, CO using color matched reveal moldings.  Inclusion of the easily installed Omega-Lite wall panels allowed the finishing touches to be applied within the project’s time constraints.

The panels were supplied by Riddell and Company of Englewood, CO.
